  70. Otherwise, you may turn on your printer and, at a DOS prompt (while in the
  71. TOPSIDE directory/folder), type:

  75. and fill in the print-out form by hand or typewriter.

  77. To print the registration order form from Notepad (or other text editor), 
  78. open the file Order.frm in the TOPSIDE directory/folder.  From the File 
  79. menu of Notepad, select Page Setup to set all margins minimally:  0 for 
  80. Left, Right, Top, Bottom Margins.  Delete the default header and footer 
  81. items.  Select OK.  Then from the File Menu, select Print to print out 
  82. the order form.  (If you wish to fill in the form with your order 
  83. information before printing, it may be best to open Order.frm in a word 
  84. processor, such as Write or WordPad, since Notepad does not have an 
  85. overwrite mode.)

  87. You may also order with a note or letter that includes your name, organiza-
  88. tion name, address, program name & version, number of users being licensed,
  89. and remittance.  We would appreciate knowing where you obtained your copy
  90. of this program; we utilize this information on your source for future
  91. marketing purposes and to assist in keeping that source supplied with the
  92. latest versions of our programs.

  95. drawn on a U.S. bank or the U.S. branch of an international bank.  Please
  96. realize that international postal money orders are considerably delayed
  97. through the postal systems and may not be the most expedient way of
  98. relaying payment.  An often-used form of payment consists of obtaining a
  99. dollar-denominated money order from the local American Express office
  100. which you may then airmail to us along with your order.

  103. $9.95 purchase price, we simply cannot accept credit card orders or orders
  104. by toll-free telephone for this particular product.  Even those who have 
  105. ordered other RCCO Research products by credit card and toll-free number 
  106. in the past must necessarily understand that such a price will not allow 
  107. for the expense of processing such orders via those methods.  We ask all
  108. purchasers of TopSide to simply send a check or money order along with 
  109. their orders so that we may continue to offer this product at this price.
